This 2nd generation 675R was purchased at TTRNO (New Orleans) on March 19, 2013 and immediately thrust onto the race track at an AHRMA NOLA event. It was then completely rebuilt by Mike Moree (MMRE Racing Engines) into a potent, precisely-tuned racing weapon. It has made several podium appearances and was my primary bike through most of the 2014 season, which ended with 2 Sportsmans series (HWT SB & Senior SB MW) and 1 Nationals (HWT SB) novice championships won on my new 2014 3rd gen 675R. For 2015, it was my primary bike, then became my permanent backup bike at GNF and into 2016. |

Details |
This bike was purchased from Tom Clancy at Augusta Triumph Ducati in February 2014. Mike Moree built his dream bike, complete with full titanium Akrapovic exhaust. I first rode the bike at Barber in August 2014, only 2 months after a hard crash at Road Atlanta left me with a broken collar bone. I then rode it 3 novice championships at Barber GNF in 2014. Gillis Glidewell #44 piloted the bike for most of 2015 until securing his own 675R near the end of the year. I resumed racing the bike at the 2015 GNF and beyond. |
